The staff of Panache on Park Avenue is very pleased that you will be joining us. Here are some helpful suggestions on how to make your visit more enjoyable.
Gift Certificates
Available for all services or in dollar amounts. Gift certificates must be presented to the front desk upon arrival.
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice or amount of service scheduled will be deducted from gift certificates.
We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. There will be NO exceptions since our gift certificates are transferrable.
Please be aware of the expiration date written on the bottom of your certificate and schedule appointments accordingly.
When scheduling, we recommend that you have the gift certificate in hand and inform the receptionists of all services listed.
Please plan as far ahead of time as possible, as Fridays and Saturdays can be fully booked at times many weeks in advance.

Bridal Parties
We require consultations prior to booking your appointments for your wedding day. At the time of scheduling your wedding day appointments a 50% deposit is required to hold your reservations.
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Credit card or cash deposit is required to secure day packages, groups of two or more, and Bridal parties.
Return Check Fee 25.00

Panache does not give cash refunds on products or services. Products may be exchanged for store credit on products only, within 30 days from original purchase date.
Services and gift certificates do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, most guests leave 10% to 20%. Our service staff truly appreciates you thanking them in this way.
Cancellation
While we realize that emergencies may occur, there will be a charge of 50% of a scheduled service with less than 24 hours notice; and 100% for no-shows. This policy applies to gift certificate holders as well.
Children
Children are welcome in the spa only when receiving treatments.
Series
Series are prepaid and may only be redeemed by one person for the entire series.
Different therapists for a series may be requested.
Once purchased, a series may not be changed to a different series.
Other General Information
As part of our Service Team, the receptionist’s first duty is to help you. At times, they are very busy. We ask for your understanding and patience.
All information in our computer files is for our use in maintaining your records only.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow us the needed time to provide your services.
All guests may have use of our locker rooms and showers.
We provide our day package clients with robes and slippers for their visit. Locker room amenities are also provided. Please be aware that Panache cannot be responsible for your belongings. Our recommendation is that you not bring your valuables into the spa. Any belongings should be left in a locker and your key kept with you throughout your visit.
Fresh fruit, herbal tea, filtered water, elixrs, and other seasonal beverages are available for all guests. The snacks and lunches we serve are the only food and beverages permitted in the facility.
Shaving on the day of your body polish may cause a stinging sensation. Please shave the day before your scheduled appointment.
For massages, please undress completely. You will have a towel covering you during the massage. Our intent is for you to be truly relaxed and never uncomfortable. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make you more comfortable, to lessen the pressure, or to add more pressure to your therapeutic massage.
The use of cellular devices is not permitted in the salon, spa, or waiting area.
